Frequently Asked Questions

What is the rental fee and what does it include?
The rental fee varies on the type of event you have and what day of the week you hold your event. The rental fee includes the rental of the venue, certain equipment, tables and chairs Please feel free to click on the Contact Us link for further assistance.

Is there a security deposit for the event space?
Yes, a $500 damage deposit is required for all rentals and is due ten (10) days prior to the event. Renting party is eligible for the returned deposit within fourteen (14) business days after the event date, minus any additional charges if applicable. Please see the contract for full details.

Can our event use candles?
Candles are welcome at Deja Vu, but they must be in a protective glass, such as a votive. Open flames are strictly prohibited. LED candles are highly encouraged at events with children present.

Are there restrictions on decorations?
All decorations must be approved by a Deja Vu Event Space representative prior to the scheduled event. Absolutely NO glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, bubbles, straw or hay will be allowed on the inside or outside of the facility/premise. (See Contract for details)

Do you provide party effects, audio, and or video?
Yes, our AV and PA systems can be connected to your devices, multiple flat-screen TV’s, wireless microphones, uplighting, lasers, fog machines, & more. Some items are available at an additional cost.

Do you provide Wi-Fi?
We provide basic Wi-Fi; a password will be given prior to the event.

How much time do I have to set up before my event?
Renting Party has a maximum of two hours; set up must be scheduled with a Deja Vu representative.

Do you provide on-site security?
No, the Renting Party is responsible for providing on-site security. However, we do provide a preferred security list in the contract.

What form of payments do you accept?
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash or Money Orders

When do we have to end our event?
The event should be over and cleaned up prior to the end time. The lights will be turned on 30 minutes prior to the end time.

Can I bring outside food or alcohol?
It is highly recommended but not required that clients select from Deja Vu’s Preferred Caterers list. This list is comprised of licensed caterers who have an established relationship with us and are familiar with our facility and the required rules and regulations. If you decide to select your own personal caterer, you are required to pay our outside vendors’ fee.

Alcoholic beverages being served or sold must be handled by a bartender with a valid liquor sales license and permit, or a caterer with a valid license and liquor sales permit.

Do you allow smoking?
There is a strict no-smoking policy inside Deja Vu Event Space.

We believe that allowing you to choose your own vendors gives you a chance to create your own unique event, so we are a non-exclusive venue.
